It’s true that there are plenty of neighborhoods, and small cities, where people stop and help whenever they see a stranded car. However, there always seems to be a kind of murphy’s law at work, that a car will more likely break down in the middle of nowhere. In any situation, the spotlight comes in handy, and can make a bad situation into a problem to be solved.
