Many women these days don’t remember the time when women weren’t allowed to vote.  It is a right that was fought long and hard for, but unfortunately easily forgotten.  However, not everyone forgets.  In celebration of the 90^th anniversary of the 19^th Amendment and women earning the right to vote, women in the Northwest Valley of Arizona hosted quite a party.  The festivities included reenactments, singing, and socializing.  For the full story, visit azcentral.com.

It is easy for women today to take for granted the right to vote and voice their opinions.
